Design satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the initial design draft we prepare for your project, you may request a 100% refund before approving the design and before the project moves into final build, launch, hosting setup, or domain-related work.
When the 100% refund applies
The 100% refund applies when the request is based on dissatisfaction with the design draft and is submitted before written or email approval of the design direction. Once you approve the design draft or request continued production, the project is considered accepted for the next stage.
Revision option
Before requesting a refund, you may ask for reasonable design revisions. We will use your feedback to adjust layout, colors, copy emphasis, imagery direction, or section structure where practical.
Non-refundable items
After approval or launch, payments for completed work, hosting setup, domain registration, third-party fees, custom add-ons, rush work, and delivered services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to request a refund
Send your refund request to office@brightsitedesign.com with your business name, project name, purchase details, and the reason the design draft did not meet expectations. We will review the request and respond with next steps.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider or bank.
